The Japan Foundation, Manila (JFM) celebrates the 40th Year of ASEAN-Japan Friendship and Cooperation with the production “The Restaurant of Many Orders” by the Koike Hiroshi Bridge Project on October 16 (Wednesday), 8:00 p.m. at the Tanghalang Aurelio Tolentino (Little Theater) of the Cultural Center of the Philippines in Pasay City.
The Koike Hiroshi Bridge Project was formed in May 2012 by Hiroshi Koike when he closed his former company “Pappa TARAHAMURA” The group not only produces performing arts but they also apply various media such as film, photography, installation works and writings.
Hiroshi Koike is a director, choreographer, writer, photographer and the President of P.A.I (Performing Art Institute). After working as a TV director, he started a performing arts company, “Pappa TARAHUMARA” in 1982. He has directed 55 pieces and worked with many artists in different countries and has established a high reputation throughout the world.
