Dulaang ROC, the UA&P student organization that specializes in Filipino theater, literature and culture, presents “Kantology 2,” written by Juan Ekis.
The story revolves around the three theological virtues, namely: faith, hope, and charity. Not only will it entertain its spectators, but it will also portray real life problems that will be relatable to the youth. The play will give an insight to what most teenagers suffer in this generation. Through portraying these problems, the stories will teach the audience important moral lessons in life which center on the mentioned virtues. The stories' interconnectedness will emphasize that faith, hope, and charity are qualities that Filipinos possess even through difficult situations.
Kantology 2 will be staged at Study Hall B, G/F ACB, University of Asia and the Pacific, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Show dates are on Sept. 3 (Tuesday), 4 (Wednesday), and 5 (Thursday) at 7:30 PM.
