Throwback Manila ( A Vinyl Disco Experience ) will reunite for the first time 8 of the most famous DJs of the disco generation: Jon Tupaz, Lopie Guzman, BoyetSison, Martin Porta, Manolet Santos, Bobby Nolasco, Arnel Castillo and Tito Jante on Sept 27, 2013 at the NBC Tent at The Fort, Taguig City.
According to one of the organizers, the vinyl experience is sure to not only only bring back memories of the carefree days of yesteryears but also reintroduce the classic dance songs to the younger generation.
The rising popularity of revivals and flashbacks are apparent in Manila’s music and fashion scene. The thriving demand for what has been and what was hot are quickly gaining momentum and creating a strong cultural phenomenon. It is in this direction that 8 Circles Events Management has come up with a major throwback event that aims to bring the discotheque era back to Manila.
