Raymond Lauchengco and Stephanie Reese in Concert @ the Dusit Thani Hotel

Celebrate the season of love with ‘Seasons of the Heart’ - an elegant, musical evening of swinging standards, the most well-loved songs from musical theater, and classical favorites from the two main featured artists : International performer Stephanie Reese and premier balladeer Raymond Lauchengco on Tuesday, February 12 at 7pm at the Dusit Thani Hotel Manila Grand Ballroom.

Special guest is businessman-tenor George Yang, and the musical director for the show is Mel Villena, accompanied by the AMP Band.

Stephanie was recently invited to participate at the Asia Pacific Inaugural Ball in Washington as a performer to mark the inauguration of US President Barack Obama in Washington. She holds the distinction of being the first Fil-Am singer to perform at the prestigious Carnegie Hall in New York andhas performed in numerous solo concerts in Asia, the Americas and Europe.

Raymond is an accomplished concert and recording artist with roots in musical theater, entering showbusiness at the tender age of 12 when he played the role of Louis, son of Anna, in the Repertory Philippines staging of The King and I. Years later, he was launched in mainstream Philippine show business as one of the leads in the iconic 1980s film Bagets, cementing his reputation as one of the hottest teen idols of the era, and went on to release seven studio albums to both critical and commercial success.

George Yang is the man responsible for bringing McDonalds to the Philippines but has discovered a passion for singing. Although starting out as just a hobby for him, his undeniable potential both as a singer and performer shone through. It was his close friend, singer and songwriter Jose Marie Chan, who convinced him to share his talent and record some of his favorite songs.

Being the natural tenor that he is, he took a step towards classical music and took formal lessons under the instruction and tutelage of well-known soprano Rachelle Gerodias. Yang now holds a string of successful albums, concerts and performances and continues to grow as one of the country’s promising tenors. George has released albums: Always Yang: Timeless Songs by George Yang (released commercially, November 2008) - Yang At Heart (private release) - Forever Young (private release) - The Night is Yang (private release)
