Ramon Diaz, famous in the country for creating strong images of Nishikigoi in some of the Philippines most notable corporate offices and society homes, will be exhibiting some of his works at Altro Mondo Arte Contemporanea.
Nishikigoi is more commonly known as Koi and has been attributed to bring good luck to their owners due to their metallic sheen; especially as they twinkle under water.

Ramon Diaz accentuates the qualities of this fish by creating these incredibly detailed and vibrant paintings. These works capture the happiness and grace of the fish in a lively and audacious manner, making its viewers want to touch them.

Ramon Diaz has been exhibiting both locally and internationally since 1995. His latest exhibitions:
2012 - “Water Marks” - Hotel Novotel Les Halles Paris, France
2011 “Water Marks II” The Gallery at Sofitel - Philadelphia, U. S. A.
2010 “Bord de Mer” Lumen Gallery New York, New York, U. S. A.
Anagama Galerie - Versailles, France
2009 - One-man show - Steuben Glass Museum New York, New York, U. S. A.
