Adamson University Chorale In Paco Park Presents

Paco Park Presents opens its August calendar, with the Adamson University Chorale, courtesy of the Adamson University, this Friday, August 3, 2012, starting at 6:00 p.m. Ms. Thea Perez hosts the program. Venue is the historic Paco Park in San Marcelino, Manila. The public is cordially invited.

Paco Park Presents is a regular public service project of the Department of Tourism, under Sec. Ramon Jimenez, Jr., the National Parks Development Committee (NPDC), under Executive Director Juliet H. Villegas, and the People’s Television Four, and for this Friday, in partnership with the Adamson University. NPDC Chief of the Cultural & Public Affairs Mr. Freddie A. Edos is the Executive In Charge of the project. Gie V. Arnold writes the script.

The Adamson University Chorale, the official choir of the Adamson University, was formed in 2004 and has been serving the Adamson community since then. It is composed of talented students from the different colleges, sharing the common passion and love for music.

heir public debut was at the Araneta Coliseum in 2011. With current choirmaster Jeandro Fuertes Rabang, the Adamson University Chorale plans to participate in both national and international choral competitions this year.

For their concert on Friday, the Adamson University Chorale has prepared the following program: UBI CARITAS (Doxology); ROSAS PANDAN (Arr: G. Hernandez); PARUPARONG BUKID (Folk Song); MR. DREAM BOY (Arr: G. Rabang); ISANG DUGO, ISANG LAHI AT MUSIKA (Arr: Robert Delgado); BUKONUT WOMAN (Arr: A. Piquero); MAY GOD GUIDE EACH STEP (Arr: AJ Consolacion); OLD TIME RELIGION (Traditional Gospel Song); ERES TU (JC Calderon); WILL YOU BE THERE (Arr: Jeandro Rabang); INDAY SA BALITAW (Visayan Folk Song); and IKAW (George Canseco).
